What is your “day job?”

I own and operate Harrogate Plant and Produce.

Why did you become involved with GOTG?

I got involved in GOTG because of the impact it has on my community. This group hosts many events, festivals, dinners, etc. The collaboration really boosts economy and tourism in the tri state area.

What do you feel is the most exciting thing on the horizon for Cumberland Gap?

The sky is the limit in the little town of Cumberland Gap! Each event grows every year and more people come to visit. This helps prompt more business, more community involvement, and helps GOTG to expand also.

What is your favorite activity to do in Cumberland Gap and why?

My favorite activity is sitting on the porch at the Gap Creek Coffee House listening to the rushing stream flowing through the gap and children playing in the yard while their parents are eating lunch or dinner. This little town is packed with so much to do that it’s really hard to choose just one favorite thing.
